The nearest mainline station is Brighton (BN1 3XP) with direct services from London, the South Coast and Kent. The station is a 10 minute walk from the Vine Club.

Parking can be expensive in the city centre so we advise using public transport where possible. There are several car parks located near the Vine Club. Trafalgar Street Car Park is the closest and cheapest parking option.

Half day courses: 1pm - 5pm

Please note that courses may finish slightly earlier or later than 5pm due to overrunning.

A lunch break is included in full day courses. Lunch is not provided but fridges are available at the training venue for you to bring your own or there are plenty of lunch options located near the venue.

Teas, coffees and water will be provided.

To make the most of your in-person training, all TWENTY Academy courses include a mandatory online pre-study module. This has been designed for you to complete at home, in your own time, before attending your practical training day.

Why Pre-Study Matters

The pre-study ensures that when you arrive at the Academy, you’re ready to go straight into hands-on, practical training. It covers all the essential theory you need—so that your in-person day can focus entirely on developing your skills at the desk.

Who Needs to Complete It?

Every student. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a qualified nail tech, the pre-study module is a requirement for all courses.

• Beginners: This will be your first introduction to nail anatomy, product knowledge, safety and hygiene.
  
• Qualified techs: Think of it as a refresher and a test of your knowledge—it's always good to revisit the basics, especially when learning new systems or techniques.
  

When Is It Due?

All pre-study must be fully completed no later than 7 days before the start of your in-person training.

This gives your educator time to review your progress and ensures you arrive confident and prepared.

If you have purchased a full kit, this will be waiting for you on the first day of your course.

If you have not purchased a kit, products will be available for you to train with.

No, training will be carried out on practice hands, yourself and other students.

Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in. You will be provided with an apron and gloves.

We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. At TWENTY Academy, we do our best to accommodate our students while maintaining the structure and quality of our training courses.

Refunds

All TWENTY Academy courses are non-refundable. Once a course is booked and payment is received, your space is secured and cannot be cancelled for a refund under any circumstances.

Cancellations & Rescheduling.

To reschedule:
If you are unable to attend your scheduled training date, we will be happy to move your booking to the next available course date, free of charge.

To reschedule:

• Please notify us in writing at least 72 hours before the course date
  
• We will provide you with available future dates to rebook
  

If you do not attend your course without notifying us (a no-show), we reserve the right to decline rescheduling

Course transfers are non-transferable to other individuals.
