Due to the nature of the product and for health and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We will offer replacements in the following circumstances:
Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If any item is damaged and deemed unusable, we will replace it free of charge. We do not offer refunds for damaged goods, only replacements.
Wrong Item Received
If you have mistakenly received a wrong item, please inform us immediately so we can arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
Wrong Item Ordered
We begin preparing your order immediately after receiving it so please check your order thoroughly before check out. If you do realise that you have ordered incorrect products, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not been despatched, we will do our best to amend it as requested.. However, this is not always possible due to our prompt order despatch system.
If your goods have not reached you within the stated times on our dedicated delivery page, please contact us as soon as possible so we can speak to our carriers and investigate further.
